Your Role
This role is responsible for assisting the Head Chef, working Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm & 630pm - 9pm, with occasional additional hours for events.
Your duties include:
- Cleaning and polishing of all dishes, crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils and equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen area, cold room, fridges, store room and to comply with health and safety standards
- Undertake food purchases as required
- Receive, check produce and unpack and store deliveries appropriately
- Basic food preparation; including washing, chopping and storage
