| Our client is a well established hotel chain and is is looking for a Chef de Partie to join there Hotel in a great location. To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes: AQF Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a minimum of 3 years in a similar role Superior work ethic Ability to work under pressure Be a team player Enthusiastic "can do" approach A friendly and approachable personality Is a must ABOUT YOU: Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster Well presented, punctual and reliable Ability to keep your section clean and organized with a good understanding of work flow and structure Ability to prioritize and work under pressure A passion for quality food and produce accommodation assistance provided salary : Hotels award level 5 |
