Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing the Indonesian Warung's menu.
  • Prepare and cook Indonesian dishes with precision and consistency.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Indonesian cuisine.
  • A passion for creating authentic Indonesian flavors.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
